On Wednesday morning, a group of pro-criminal activists interfered with ICE agents as the latter were carrying out targeted operations in Minneapolis. One 37-year-old white woman, who had been intentionally obstructing traffic with her SUV while her “wife” stood by recording it on video, refused instructions to get out of her vehicle when ICE officers approached. Instead, she accelerated to escape, turning the wheel to strike an officer at the front of her car. He swiftly drew his weapon and fired through the front of her windshield, killing her. And now the Left has the martyr it has been agitating for, and whom it can rally around, as it did with petty criminal George Floyd, to incite even more violent resistance to the Trump administration’s efforts to round up and deport illegal immigrants.
The entire incident was caught on video from multiple angles. Each one that I have seen showed clearly that Renee Nicole Good swung the front of her vehicle at the ICE officer, who had a split second in which to choose to protect himself and others.

Homeland Security posted to X, in no uncertain terms, its determination that Good’s actions constituted “domestic terrorism” and that the officer acted justifiably:
Today, ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them—an act of domestic terrorism.
An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots. He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers. The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased.
Homeland Security further noted (correctly, I might add),
This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement who are facing 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats.
Predictably, the Left-wing, mainstream media and social media accounts went into convenient denial mode, expecting you to believe them and not your lyin’ eyes. Minnesota’s Democrat leaders like Minneapolis mayor and Somali dance enthusiast Jacob Frey, and failed Vice Presidential candidate Tim “Somebody help me load this shotgun” Walz, seized the opportunity to distract from the gargantuan state fraud scandal shocking the nation. Frey, posturing unconvincingly as a tough guy, had a message to the media for ICE: “Get the fuck out of Minneapolis.” Walz called the video evidence “propaganda.”
The Libs of TikTok X account noted that the media and Democrat leadership swiftly coordinated to whitewash Good as a “legal observer,” but independent journalist Andy Ngo identified her as “a queer activist from Colorado who moved to Minneapolis.”
Ngo added, “In reaction to the deadly incident, leftists are urging vengeance and riots in Minneapolis. Rioters earlier surged to a federal building and smashed up the entrance.” Manhattan Institute Fellow Colin Wright concurred: “They want to incite massive riots. They’ve been waiting for a moment they can spin into ICE Floyd.”
Exactly right. The Democrats, who heartlessly ignored the January 6, 2021 murder of unarmed protester Ashli Babbit by a Congressional police officer who was in no way being threatened, will now bleat their faux compassion for Renee Good as an innocent victim of law enforcement cruelty. But secretly they could not be more thrilled by her death at the hands of the immigration agents they have worked so assiduously to demonize as Gestapo thugs. She is the martyr they are so ready to exploit, a là Michael Brown or George Floyd, in order to justify what will almost certainly become a nationwide surge of violent protests, and intensified attacks on ICE agents.
As for the agent who pulled the trigger, he will become the new Darren Wilson or Derek Chauvin, but he will mainly serve as a stand-in for all ICE agents. Democrat leaders began inflaming their base’s bloodthirsty outrage by calling for his head before you could say the word “investigation.” California Congressman Ro Khanna tweeted, “This ICE agent should be arrested and put on trial. What is seen in this video is a reckless use of power. And now a 37 year old woman is dead.” House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said in a statement, “The masked ICE agent who pulled the trigger should be criminally investigated to the full extent of the law for acting with depraved indifference to human life.” Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib accused the officer of “murdering her at point blank range.” Rep. Dan Goldman too declared that the officer “needs to be charged with murder.”
The Democrat Party has been poised to weaponize just such an incident as this, to destabilize the nation, and to channel their unhinged hatred for law enforcement and the “fascist” Trump into revolutionary violence that has the potential to engulf cities. Law-abiding American patriots must push back against the Left’s incendiary false narrative, and the Trump administration must take the necessary measures to quell what is shaping up to be a burgeoning bonfire before it consumes the country in a replay of the 2020 Summer of Floyd.
