Now it’s all out in the open, and we know: Barack Hussein Obama, who was president of the United States at the time, tried to frame his successor, whose public persona and policies he detested, as an asset of a foreign government, a criminal pawn of Vladimir Putin. Nothing like this had ever happened before in American history. The closest analogy to the Russian collusion hoax was the Stalinist show trials of the 1920s and 1930s Soviet Union, in which the Communist dictator Joseph Stalin did away with his old friends and allies and thereby solidified his grip on absolute power.
The New York Post reported Sunday that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who oversaw the release of the documents that blew the cover off the frame-up of Trump, said: “It surprised me that all of these documents still existed, quite frankly.” Indeed. Obama and his henchmen had the four years of the Biden regime to cover their tracks, and to ensure that the body blow they dealt to the American republic would never become public knowledge.
They likely assumed, however, that the deep state was too powerful, that the federal government was just too filled with their friends and allies, for Trump to be able to discover much, or to do anything significant with what he did find. Even now that the whole shocking conspiracy is out in the open, the New York Times is still dutifully running interference for the conspirators, writing of “unsubstantiated allegations by President Trump that President Barack Obama and his aides ordered an investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign’s connections to Russia to destroy Mr. Trump.”
The allegations are, in reality, quite well substantiated. The Post provided a helpful summary, noting that “the House report contradicts the claims of Obama officials that they never relied on the discredited Steele dossier — which was compiled by Hillary Clinton’s campaign — as part of the Russiagate investigation.” Gabbard “claimed Wednesday that Obama ordered the creation of the 2017 intel report and suggested it ‘was subject to unusual directives directly from the president and senior political appointees.’ She added: ‘Obama directed an intelligence community assessment to be created, to further this contrived false narrative that ultimately led to a year-long coup to try to undermine President Trump’s presidency.’”
During the 2016 presidential campaign, the Russian government actually possessed damaging information about Hillary Clinton, and yet did not release it. “If Russia aspired to help Trump get elected,” Gabbard noted, “which is what the manufactured January 2017 intelligence community assessment says with high confidence, according to Brennan and Clapper, then Putin would have released the most damaging information and emails to help President Trump. It was intentionally withheld and not released because they assumed that Hillary Clinton would win that
election, and their plan [was to] wait until maybe days or weeks before her inauguration to release these documents.”
In orchestrating this massive hoax, Obama took a page from Stalin’s playbook. After Joseph Stalin emerged victorious in the power struggle that followed the incapacity and death of the founder of the Soviet state, V. I. Lenin, he set out to secure his hold on power by turning against his old comrades. Stalin first claimed that three founding figures of Soviet Russia, Leon Trotsky, Grigori Zinoviev, and Lev Kamenev, were traitors and saboteurs, and had them expelled from the Communist Party. Stalin’s next victim was one of the regime’s most popular figures, Nikolai Bukharin, who had dared to oppose Stalin’s policies of forced collectivization.
Others followed. It seemed as if Stalin was the only pure Communist, the only trustworthy one, and that everyone else who had assisted Lenin in founding the Soviet Union was actually an enemy of the state. That was actually true: the entire Soviet government, including Stalin, was made up of enemies of the state, oppressors and plunderers who turned Russia into a prison camp and ultimately into the primary tool for the enslavement not only of Russians, but of other peoples as well. Stalin’s trials were absurd, but if he really had the best interests of his people at heart, he would have gone the whole way and put himself on trial as well.
So it is today. Obama, Clinton, Clapper, Comey and Brennan tried to frame Trump as an enemy of the republic. And it is they who are the real enemies of the republic. The evidence is in their plot itself. They tried to carry out a Stalinist operation against Trump, and got caught. Whether or not they ever face justice, free people now know who their real enemies are.
