New York has a lot of problems. Who’s to blame for them? Maybe it’s the government officials protecting an illegal alien necrophiliac subway rapist.
Even by the standards of New York City subway crime which at one point became severe enough that Gov. Hochul tried deploying the National Guard, the subway necrophiliac rapist case really stood out.
The depraved deviant who allegedly raped a corpse on a Manhattan subway train for 30 minutes is an illegal immigrant who crossed into the US from Mexico at least five times before finally getting locked up over the sick act, The Post has exclusively learned.
Felix Rojas, 44, unlawfully crossed the US-Mexico border “on several occasions” in the late 1990s before being caught by Border Patrol agents and voluntarily turning back, an ICE spokesperson revealed.
But Rojas apparently crossed the border at least one more time and remained undetected by immigration authorities until NYPD cops arrested him Sunday night in connection to the shocking defilement of 37-year-old family man Jorge Gonzalez, who suddenly died on an R train nearly three weeks before, the spokesperson said.
Rojas was just living his American dream. Some people have different definitions of the American Dream. This undocumented immigrant’s dream was robbing and raping the dead.
DHS announced that it had launched a detainer for the illegal alien subway rapist.
Felix Rojas, an alien who illegally entered the country multiple times dating back to 1998, was arrested in New York City and has been charged with rape and grand larceny for raping a corpse on the subway near Whitehall Street Station in Manhattan. On April 30, ICE New York City lodged an immigration detainer against Rojas.
But there’s one problem. New York’s top officials are fighting to protect Rojas and other illegal alien invaders like him.
The New York City Council is gearing up for a legal battle over the city’s sanctuary laws barring local authorities from assisting in federal immigration enforcement.
Lawmakers passed a resolution Thursday allowing Council Speaker Adrienne Adams to sue Mayor Eric Adams and possibly President Donald Trump over the issue.
“It is the Council’s responsibility to stand up for New Yorkers, and we intend to continue doing so,” Speaker Adams (no relation to Mayor Adams) said.
Especially illegal alien subway raping New Yorkers. If you’re an actual New Yorker, Adams and top officials don’t give a damn about you, but if you’re an illegal alien subway necrophiliac rapist, then Adrienne Adams will fight for you.
