Netanyahu meets with Trump at the White House

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet with President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday. He is set to arrive at 11:00 a.m.

Netanyahu and Trump are expected to discuss Israel’s war in Gaza on the heels of Trump discussing a 21-point plan with Arab leaders at the U.N. General Assembly meeting last week to end the war. Trump said on Sunday he believes there is a “real chance for GREATNESS IN THE MIDDLE EAST,” in a Truth Social post.

After Netanyahu’s 11:00 a.m. arrival, the two world leaders will have a bilateral meeting at 11:35 a.m., a bilateral lunch at 12:00 p.m., and hold a press conference at 1:15 p.m., all at the White House.

The Israeli Prime Minister is working with Trump’s team on a peace plan, but no deal has been finalized yet, he said ahead of Monday’s meeting on Fox News’s The Sunday Briefing. During the U.N. meeting, states such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and France recognized a Palestinian state.
