Biden appointee. Third world immigrant judge. Ridiculous ruling.
At this point, judicial lawfare comes with some fairly predictable checkboxes
1. Biden appointee
2. Third world immigrant judge
3. A ridiculous ruling blocking President Trump from actions that he is unquestionably legally authorized to undertake that amounts to little more than calculated trolling (or utter ignorance) or attempts to bog down the Supreme Court.
Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, the daughters of immigrants from Trinidad, is a threefer and her decision claiming that because of the Supreme Court’s decision on Chevron Deference, the State Department can’t enforce Trump’s travel ban is 99% trolling (also possibly +1% stupidity).
The only purposes here are to make sure that Afghans, Somalis and other invaders can keep entering the United States until this decision is shut down by either a weary appeals court or Supreme Court, and to make a name for herself by trolling SCOTUS and Trump.
Mostly though it’s a reminder of how much damage four years of Biden did and that the judges he appointed need to be removed.
