Gary Bauer: The Victims Tour

If the June Pride parades weren’t enough for you, now we have the “Pride Victims Tour.” The Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest LGBTQ lobbying group, is launching a tour of red states to convince conservative voters of the righteousness of the LGBTQ cause.
 
Of course, their main talking point is the claim they are “victims” of bigotry and hate, and they are going “to where the harm is happening.”
 
The rhetoric of these LGBTQ activists bears no relationship to anything that is actually happening in America. The whole narrative is that the constitutional liberties of LGBTQ people are being attacked and their identities are being “erased.”
 
What attacks and hatred are they talking about? Are mobs of Christians attacking LGBTQ clubs? No. But there has been a growing number of transgender activists engaged in violence, including killing Christian kids.
 
What “rights” are being taken away? Well, let’s be very specific about that.
 
The efforts of the LGBTQ crowd to take away the rights of normal people have hit a brick wall. Parents are telling LGBTQ activists to get their “alternative lifestyles” out of their children’s classrooms and faces.
 
Parents are fighting back against Frankenstein doctors and greedy hospitals that want to mutilate their children.
 
Female athletes are standing up and saying, “I’m a woman. You’re not. But you are taking away my hard work, my dreams, and my right to privacy.”
 
For years, our government was on the side of the LGBTQ extremists. Now, we have a government that is on our side, and the Human Rights Campaign is furious.
 
What the LGBTQ crowd is complaining about is that under presidents like Joe Biden, they owned the White House. They could show off their perversions on the White House lawn. They could use the government to force LGBTQ indoctrination on our children. But now that they have lost power, they are claiming the language of persecution.
 
How dare they!
