A man was arrested outside of a Dallas election night event for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Senate campaign on Tuesday evening.
Dallas police took the suspect into custody after pulling him over at a traffic stop. Police found ammunition, bullets, and firearms in the car without any license plates, according to multiple reports. The suspect was wearing a hat, gloves, a camouflage face mask, and sunglasses, and was detained several minutes after briefly stepping into the hotel asking to use the restroom, according to the New York Times.
