Black Lesbian Rapper Stands Against Trans

The movement to ‘hold the line’ against trans-identified biological men in women’s sports and spaces has a new champion. And she’s forcing leftist politicians and radical trans activists to rethink their rhetoric and tactics.

Tish Hyman is a moderately well-known black lesbian rapper and songwriter who, after a rough start in life, became a fitness enthusiast, successfully losing over 100 pounds and now sporting a lean, muscular physique. While changing in the locker room at Gold’s Gym in Los Angeles, Hyman was incensed to find herself naked in the presence of a fully intact biological male. The dispute escalated from there.

Video of Hyman strutting about in the lobby of Gold’s Gym while loudly making her case quickly went viral.  And she did not mince words. “Men, grown men, with big dicks in the women’s locker room! And that’s why I’m getting kicked out and that’s why I want to make sure you all know!” she yelled to the gathering crowd.

“What the F—k!” she added. “Everyone saw that man in the women’s locker room. No one’s saying sh-t! And I’m f_cking done with it!”

“I need everyone to hear this,” Hyman posted later on Instagram. “Multiple women and I have repeatedly made written reports on this man for coming into our women’s locker room harassing us, and the gym staff has done absolutely nothing!!”

According to Hyman, the man followed her into the locker room and called her a “bitch” in a loud angry voice.

“I RAN OUT INTO THE GYM SCREAMING THERE IS A MAN IN THE REST ROOM!!” she explained. “I called for help and men in the gym got involved, THANK GOD and the staff finally decided to act.”

Employees for Gold’s Gym did force the man to leave but they also evicted Hyman and revoked her gym membership.

“They removed him — but then they turned around and terminated my membership too, as if I was being punished for speaking up,” she stated. “I WAS LITERALLY SCARED. THE WOMEN IN THE GYM ALL AGREED WITH ME. MANY were relieved that someone finally said something out loud.”

While most women in America are opposed to men—trans identified or not—entering women’s sports and intimate spaces, most are reluctant to speak up, scared of being labeled bigots or transphobes. Hyman, by contrast, is entirely fearless, and has taken her case for women’s rights directly to the people. She has made numerous posts on X recounting her experience and also appeared for interviews on mainstream news outlets including TMZ and Fox News.

In her interview with TMZ, Hyman explained that her issues with this particular man began several weeks earlier and grew increasingly heated. “About four weeks ago, the first encounter happened,” she described. “I was naked, I was drying up and oiling up, I turned around and there’s a man in the locker room. And so of course I’m shocked, I’m like [she mimes a hand to her chest], I thought maybe I missed a sign and there were workers working and so I just said ‘Sir!’…and then he goes ‘You can’t tell me nothing! B-word! I’m a woman!’”

TMZ also interviewed the man in question who was identified as ‘Alexis’ Black. After verifying that ‘Alexis’ does in fact still possess male genitalia, the TMZ host asks whether he can understand Hyman’s discomfort with his presence in the locker room. “Well, I certainly do not understand it,” he responds while smirking, “But I do get the notion of the fear-mongering that she’s perpetuating.”

Recent revelations about ‘Alexis’ Black, however, show that Tish Hyman was entirely right to fear him. As the New York Post reported, Black was previously convicted in the state of Ohio for severely assaulting his ex-wife—before declaring himself a woman and taking her first name as his own.

“Black, formerly Grant Freeman, pleaded guilty in 2022 to savagely beating his wife Alexis Freeman, causing a compound fractured jaw among other serious injuries,” described the Post.

Nor is that his only crime. “Black had been convicted of both domestic violence and drug trafficking in the past, and has faced a slew of other charges, including resisting arrest, records show.”

“Kyle Grant Freeman caused serious physical harm to the victim,” state court records from Ohio concerning the assault on his ex-wife. “The victim suffered a compound fractured mandible, which resulted in her needing surgery.”

This is the man who was allowed into the women’s locker room at Gold’s Gym in Los Angeles—no questions asked. In fact, California law mandates that any man who asserts a female gender identity be allowed to access women’s intimate spaces.

“You have the right to use the restroom consistent with your gender identity… both in public settings, like schools, and at your workplace,” states the official guidance from the office of California’s Attorney General.

Unsatisfied with California’s blatant failure to protect women’s rights and safety, Tish Hyman confronted current California state senator and congressional candidate Scott Wiener about the state’s refusal to stand up for women. Wiener’s answer was revealing—and pathetic.

“Senator Wiener, as the only black lesbian here, can I please ask you a question because I flew here to do that?”  she asks in a video she later posted on X. “Yeah, okay” he responds.

“As a lesbian woman who was attacked in a women’s locker room at Gold’s Gym this week, by a self-identifying trans woman with a documented history of domestic violence, I’m deeply concerned about women’s safety in female only spaces. What would you say to women who are seeking assurance that their safety will be protected from men who by California law can self-ID as women in women-only spaces, sir? Please tell me.”

Wiener responds to this intelligent and emotional query with mumbled platitudes: “Yeah so we want everyone to be safe, and we also know that we have trans people, both men and women, who are men and women, uh, and so uh, and so you know we, so if you’re a trans woman are women.”

But Tish won’t let it go. “Senator, you’ve done great things with the bills that you’ve passed with the housing. I’ve read a lot of your bills, but like you said, there are bills that need to be opened up, and I’m telling you now, millions of women across America are being harassed and sexually assaulted in locker rooms. I’m a lesbian black woman. I’m not transphobic. I’m not homophobic. And I do respect a lot of the things you’ve done. But I do see a lot of these bills that you’ve passed that are dangerous for women and young children… and we want to know, are you going to protect women? Not trans women! Trans women are a different thing! Women! Women! Listen! We need to protect women’s safety. I was assaulted.”

“Trans women are women!” a bystander from the crowd interjects. But Tish is having none of it. “No, they are not!” she responds angrily, turning around to face the crowd. “They are men! I was assaulted by one! He broke his wife’s jaw so bad she needed reconstructive surgery!”

Senator Wiener attempts to bring the discussion back to his trans-agenda talking points but fails miserably. “I think we need to protect the safety of all women and, and, and, that obviously, that’s incredibly important, and I also know that trans women are also brutalized in this country, so women and cisgender women are brutalized in this country, and we have to protect the safety of women,” he states.

“We have to protect women,” Tish responds angrily. “We cannot be raped in the bathroom by men that want to say they’re women. They’re not women.”  She thanks the senator for his work overall and then strides out of the room.

On her way out the door, Tish spies another black woman in the mostly white crowd.

“You heard me, Sister?” she asks. “Alright, don’t let them use our blackness and our civil rights as a reason to pass weird laws, for children to transform. It’s wrong. My sister’s in jail. She can’t get free tampons or soap, but she can get free transformation medication. Big Pharma is the best. Tired of it!”

Tish Hyman has put the state of California on notice that women will no longer stand for abusive and deluded men in their sports and intimate spaces. She has called them out on their fake coalition-building and their attempt to usurp civil rights law to give special privileges to men who refuse to face biological reality. She reduced a sitting state senator and U.S. congressional candidate to blabbering absurdities while highlighting the Democrat party’s horrific failure to protect women and children in the name of ‘trans rights.’  She deserves a round of applause. And Democrats better start revising their talking points.
