Kamala: “I Don’t Hear No Until Maybe the Tenth Time”

Kamala Harris showed up at the Australian Real Estate Conference for some incomprehensible reason probably having to do with a large check and poor judgment on the part of the organizers who belatedly realized that they couldn’t get Obama or even Bill Clinton to show up.

Once there, Kamala reminded everyone that she not only wasn’t ready for prime time, she wasn’t even ready for Saturday Morning cartoons. It turns out that, like many celebrities, the only subject she’s qualified to talk about is herself, and she is her own biggest fan.

“I don’t aspire to be humble. And I don’t recommend it, I think that one must be humble. But to aspire to be humble would be quite inauthentic,” Kamala explained to Australians who wanted to hear about real estate.

Having learned absolutely nothing from anything, she also informed her audience that, “I don’t hear no. I eat no for breakfast. I don’t hear no until maybe the tenth time. I can’t begin to tell you the number of times it has been explicitly or implicitly said to me – it’s not your time. You’re not ready, they’re not ready. Don’t you listen. And this is again what I mean about applauding ambition.”

She might have done well to listen, but failing to listen is how Trump got a second term and Kamala got to the Australian Real Estate Conference.
