In its latest poll to reveal how wrong America views Trump’s Washington critics, Rasmussen Reports said that a majority of likely voters believe that the president is “preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution.”
Rasmussen said that 52% feel Trump is upholding the Constitution.
Biden, however, didn’t get a majority to agree when he was president. In May of last year, just 44% said Biden was doing a good or excellent job of preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution.
And since then, voters have found out that Biden’s team lied about his mental deficiencies, and the former president just revealed that he has prostate cancer, something doctors believe he had for a while but never told the public.
While Biden was secretive and avoided press questions while in office, Trump has been extremely accessible and transparent in his actions. Biden also repeatedly charged that Trump was a threat to democracy.

When asked about protecting the Constitution, voters by 46% to 40% said Trump had done a better job than Biden.
Notably, government workers sided with Biden, claiming he was a better protector, 53%-33%.
