President Donald Trump will hold a meeting at 10 a.m. on Thursday with the members of his cabinet. This will be the first meeting with newly-appointed Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin.
The gathering comes as airports face turmoil due to the ongoing Department of Homeland Security shutdown, which has left Transportation Security Administration workers without pay since February.

The Trump administration has continued to blame Democrats for the shutdown as a funding agreement remains in limbo.
At the same time, the war in Iran continues, but Trump has said Iranian negotiators are “begging” for a deal to end the conflict.
