We need to keep the border open for mass migration, process fake refugee claims and keep bringing millions of people who hate us to this country… otherwise who will defraud Medicare to the tune of $90 million?
That comes on the heels of billions in Muslim health care fraud in the last two years. (And not just the Somali stuff.)
Anar Rustamov, a national of Azerbaijan who appears to have entered the United States illegally, was indicted yesterday by a federal grand jury and charged with health care fraud for a scheme involving thousands of false claims for medical equipment totaling more than $90 million.
According to the indictment, Rustamov, 38, formerly of Sunnyvale, California and a national of Azerbaijan, was part of a scheme to submit thousands of fraudulent claims to Medicare Advantage Organizations (“MAOs”) on behalf of unsuspecting beneficiaries for medical equipment such as blood glucose monitors and orthotic braces.
The indictment alleges the scheme sought reimbursement of more than $90 million for medical equipment that was not provided, not needed by patients, and not authorized by a medical provider. The listed patients were unaware that Rustamov and others were submitting the claims, and the referring medical provider listed on the submissions did not authorize the claims, according to the indictment. The defendant is at large.
Good thing this happened in California where Gov. Gavin Newsom, AG Rob Bonta and the entire state’s political machine is determined to protect illegal aliens at all costs. So Rustamov can stay at large.
Azerbaijan is 97% Muslim so it’s a safe bet that Rustamov is a Muslim illegal alien fugitive which is pretty much the epitome of leftist identity politics. If he decides to disguise himself in a dress, he would be a lock for the 2028 nomination.
This isn’t exactly the first case of Muslim health care fraud. Even setting aside the epic Somali frauds, we’ve had a similar Pakistani Muslim fraud in New York City, with DNC links, that I exclusively reported on.
Two years ago, Zakia Khan and her son Ahsan Ijaz hosted an NYPD promotion ceremony for the first Pakistani inspector in the New York City police department. After an Imam recited a prayer and everyone, including NYPD personnel, rose and put their hands on their hearts for the Pakistani national anthem, hailing Pakistan as the ‘citadel of Islam’ in the “shadow of Allah.”
Last year, Khan pleaded guilty to a $68 million Medicaid fraud scheme involving her adult day care centers, which had been the sponsors of the NYPD event, and earlier this year more members of the Muslim fraud ring pleaded guilty as well. Others are still awaiting trial.
The day care fraud not only dragged in Khan and her son, but also Malik Nadeem Abid, a prominent Democrat who had served as the vice chair of the Nassau County Democratic Party, had chaired a DNC committee, had been honored by both branches of New York’s legislature, and had been closely associated with a number of Democratic members of Congress.
Then there’s the $2.5 billion in Muslim health care fraud from last year. Much of it also Pakistani including one single $703 million fraud.
And a $10 million one out of Chicago last month.
Two foreign nationals participated in a $10 million scheme to fraudulently bill Medicare and private insurers for nonexistent health care services, according to an indictment returned in federal court in Chicago.
In 2023 and 2024, Burhan Mirza and Kashif Iqbal, along with several co-schemers, used nominee-owned laboratories and durable medical equipment providers to submit fraudulent claims to Medicare and private health care benefit programs for items and services that were not provided, the indictment states. Mirza, 31, is a Pakistani native who resided in Pakistan and obtained the identifying information of individuals, providers, and insurers without their knowledge and used the information to support the bogus claims submitted on behalf of the nominee-owned companies, the indictment states.
Maybe we should reconsider the grand Kennedy era plan to welcome in people from countries who hate us in the hopes that they’ll learn to like us.
