Another report from Times of India ran under the title “Britain has fallen to Islam.” You know a country has “fallen to Islam” when heated confrontations and violence over equal rights break out over Muslims demanding not equal, but greater rights, above all others.

Remember his only fault was refusal to sell Halal food in his restaurant.
In free world that is completely acceptable. But under Sharia law this is a crime.

An article in the Gatestone Institute stated in 2017:
In the 1970s, Iran and Saudi Arabia, which were engaged in a competition to spread their vision of Islam worldwide, found help from multinationals such as Nestlé, which had in mind the creation of the large global halal food market.
The next stage is that if most Muslims consider a veil and halal food an Islamic obligation, they will soon ask for sharia law and Islamic courts — as in Great Britain.
The article also addresses what French anthropologist and researcher Florence Bergeaud-Blackler discussed in her book:
“halal” food (food that, in Islam, is religiously permitted) was “recently invented” as a label and as a potential commercial market, in a collusion between Iranian fundamentalists and multinational agrifood businesses.
Toblerone chocolates went halal in 2018, which drew major criticisms. Fox News reported:

Halal foods have rapidly expanded to the mainstream. When the infidel public eats them, they are eating food that has been prepared according to Sharia dietary laws. This means that the animal must be slaughtered by a Muslim as he chants the words “Bismillahi-Allahu akbar” before the slaughter. What does this mean for Jews, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and other faiths? To many it won’t matter, but those outlets which promote halal food do not care about those to whom it does matter.
Harman Singh Kapoor is now bringing plenty of attention to the issue, and he does not intend to give up his fight:

Canada faced its own halal controversy in August 2024 over Kentucky Fried Chicken serving only halal meat at some of its locations. A petition circulated which read:
“I, as a Canadian, feel marginalized by the decision of KFC to serve exclusively halal meat. A lot of Canadians, including Indian religious groups like Sikhism and Hinduism, prohibit the consumption of halal meat…This seemingly small decision inadvertently dismisses the dietary preferences and religious sentiments of large communities, making us feel excluded.”
According to the Sikh Coalition, “Sikhs are not allowed to eat any food prepared through a ritualistic process.”
It is one thing to offer halal foods as a specialty, but when it is the only option not only for Muslims, but for other groups, it becomes harmful to societal cohesion.
Harman Singh Kapoor’s long battle is gaining momentum. Many British citizens and other Westerners have succumbed to the “Islamophobia” canard and to the spread of Sharia. For them, it is easier to hide one’s head in the sand than face off against Islamic zeal and charges of “racism” and “Islamophobia,” but they ignore the inconvenient truth of what this will mean for the next generations.
The all-encompassing Islamic Sharia has become an unwanted encroachment on Western societies, and this is the fault of leftists, not the so-called “far right.” Britain increasingly resembles the likes of Pakistan.
