As 3 Die, NY Gov Turns Down Federal Support for Snowstorm to Protest ICE

New York (like some parts of the country) is facing a massive incoming snowstorm.

Gov. Kathy Hochul, the state’s worst governor in a long time (impressive considering that her former boss and predecessor had lied about everything and gotten thousands of nursing home patients killed) decided to prep for the snowstorm by appearing to reject federal aid to protest federal immigration enforcement against the illegal alien criminals she’s harboring.

“Secretary Noem offered assistance to New York ahead of the impending snowstorm. I shared that the fastest way to help is for ICE to back off so people feel safe accessing warming centers, shelters, hospitals, and houses of worship,” Gov. Hochul tweeted.

Utterly surreal even by the standards of Hochul’s incompetence and the utter hysteria taking over her party.

Whatever governors or mayors say in front of the camera, they solicit and welcome federal assistance before and after natural disasters especially behind the scenes.

Three people are already dead.

The extreme cold weather on Saturday may have played a role in the deaths of three people in New York City.

A 67-year-old man was found unresponsive in Manhattan on 3rd Avenue near East 35th Street, along with a woman and a man in Brooklyn at separate locations.

But I’m sure that as they were freezing to death, they appreciated Gov. Hochul’s courageous stance of sacrificing their lives to protect illegal alien criminals.
