In today’s article, ‘When Ramming ICE Became a Liberal Trend’, I noted that there had been over 100 such attacks in a year and that the rate is picking up. We’ve now had two such attacks in only three days. The first was the Renee Good incident in Minneapolis. (Notably the officer in that confrontation had been previously dragged by a vehicle that he tried to stop.)
Now we’ve got a second one out of Portland where Tren de Aragua gang members allegedly involved in prostitution tried to take on Border Patrol personnel.
And lost.
The Tren de Aragua gang members allegedly tried to run down a Border Patrol officer who opened fire wounding two of the suspects.
“When agents identified themselves to the vehicle occupants, the driver weaponized his vehicle and attempted to run over the law enforcement agents. Fearing for his life and safety, an agent fired a defensive shot. The driver drove off with the passenger, fleeing the scene,” the Department of Homeland Security stated.
Gov. Tina Kotek (pictured above) and Mayor Keith Wilson responded by threatening President Trump and immigration law enforcement officers.
“We demand your cooperation with Portland police and the Multnomah County DA, because we need to investigate this incident efficiently and effectively,” Gov. Kotek ranted.
Rather than standing against the violence, Democrats are continuing to incite and mainstream these attacks.
As I wrote earlier, “Every ICE shooting in the last 4 months involved individuals trying to ram ICE personnel.”
Sanctuary cities and states have become sanctuaries not just for illegal aliens, but for domestic terrorism against immigration law enforcement officials.
This is an insurrection.
